Faithful Strategies is launching a high-energy, first-of-its-kind fellowship designed for Gen Alpha and Gen Z students heading to InterVarsity’s Urbana Missions Conference. This fellowship invests up to $2,500 per student to cover conference costs and remove barriers so the next generation of creators, storytellers, and mission-minded leaders can fully step into their calling.

What This Fellowship Is All About

This is more than a scholarship, it's a launchpad deeper into the greatest story ever told: The Gospel. We’re bringing together students who care about global missions, service work, public health, and digital storytelling, and giving them the tools to influence the world with purpose.

What Fellows Will Do

1. Create Narrative-Driven Content


Students will work with Faithful Strategies and partner organizations to produce authentic, creative social content that captures:

  • Their Urbana experience

  • Key moments of impact

  • Stories of calling, service, and global connection

  • Insights about missions, global health, and what it means to love our neighbors in 2025 and beyond
     

2. Find Community

Fellows will get the opportunity to meet their peers, build community and common purpose with others responding to a similar calling.  Along with online meet-and-greets in advance of Urbana, fellows will be asked to attend a special Global Health Lunch – Tuesday, December 30 at Urbana, where they will join Christian global health leaders, digital content creators, and missionaries shaping the next decade of faithful service around the world.
 

3. Engage Beyond Urbana


This isn’t a one-and-done moment. Fellows will be invited into ongoing opportunities with top Christian advocacy organizations, coaching and training from top Christian influencers, and connection to peers – expanding their networks and deepening their impact through:

  • Domestic service opportunities

  • Global missions pathways

  • Advocacy training rooted in a Biblical worldview

  • Experiences that cultivate good neighbors, good stewards, and thoughtful leaders in public policy and civil society
